Abstract:
Práce se zabývá přípravou a následnou analýzou tenkých vrstev. Organosilikonové vrstvy byly připraveny pomocí plazmatem asistované depozice z plynné fáze za použití kapacitně vázaného radiofrekvenčního výboje. Vrstvy se deponovaly v atmosféře složené z hexamethyldisiloxanu a dusíku. Po depozici byly vrstvy vystaveny laboratorním podmínkám, při kterých byla studována jejich stabilita. This study is focused on preparation and analysis of thin films. Organosilicon films were prepared by means of plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition using capacitively coupled RF glow discharges. Thin films were deposited in mixture of hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO) and nitrogen. After the deposition the films were exposed to the laboratory environment and their environmental stability was studied …more
