Abstract:

Práce se pokouší přiblížit teoretický rámec konfliktu, problematiku lidských práv a humanitárního práva ve snaze vysvětlit situaci v Jemenské republice a porozumět jí prostřednictvím analýzy zpráv mezinárodních organizací a příslušné odborné literatury. Dále je obsahem práce polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Ten byl vytvořen se členkou spolku "Pomůžu, jak můžu", která pochází z jemenského prostředí a v Jemenu stále žije. Záměrem je zvýšit povědomí nejen o konfliktu, ale také představit aktivity již zmíněného spolku. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol.

Abstract:

The thesis attempts to approach the theoretical framework of the conflict, human rights and humanitarian law in an effort to explain the situation in the Republic of Yemen and understand it through the analysis of reports from international organizations and relevant literature. Furthermore, the content of the work is a semi-structured interview. It was created with a member of the association "I'll help as much as I can", which comes from a Yemeni environment and still lives in Yemen. The intention is to raise awareness not only about the conflict, but also to present the activities of the already mentioned association. The thesis is divided into four chapters.
