Abstract:

Práce seznamuje čtenáře s tématikou sociálních médií, jejich kategorizací a vlastnostmi. Dále se dotýká otázky marketingu a jeho vztahu ke specifickým typům sociálních médií, konkrétně k sociálním sítím a diskuzním fórům, a analýzy těchto médií k marketingovým účelům. Práce rovněž obsahuje datový model ukládání dat z diskusí zmíněných sociálních médií. Stěžejní částí diplomové práce je navržení vhodné vizualizace analyzovaných dat v podobě grafů, jejich popis a doporučený postup vizualizace, včetně výběru vhodných barevných kombinací těchto grafů.

Abstract:

The thesis acquaints the reader with the topic of social media, their categorization and properties. It also addresses the question of marketing and its relationship to specific types of social media, specifically to social networks and discussion forums, and the analysis of these media for marketing purposes. Furthermore, the thesis includes a data model of saving collected data from above mentioned social media, which show the users´ interaction with these media. The central part of the thesis is to design appropriate visualization of the analyzed data in the form of diagrams, their description and a recommended visualization procedure, including selection of appropriate colour combinations of these diagrams.
