Abstract:

Abstrakt ZACHARIÁŠOVÁ, Eva. Analýza znalostního managementu ve vybraném lázeňském zařízení. [Diplomová práce] Vysoká škola hotelová v Praze 8, spol. s r.o. Konstantinovy Lázně: 2015.100 stran. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu systému řízení znalostí ve vybraném lázeňském zařízení. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy identifikovat, zda jsou ve vybrané společnosti implementovány principy znalostního managementu a na základě zjištěných skutečností navrhnout vhodný systém znalostního managementu s aspektem na specifika lázeňské péče. Práce obsahuje dva dílčí cíle: a) zhodnotit, jaké oblasti znalostního managementu (technologický, vzdělávací, personální) jsou implementovány v praxi ve vybraném lázeňském zařízení, b) analyzovat úroveň znalostního managementu na úseku wellness. Diplomová práce směřuje k potvrzení či zamítnutí následujících hypotéz: a) Hypotéza Přestože existují 3 oblasti řízení znalostního managementu, ve vybraném podniku, jsou využívány maximálně oblasti dvě. b) Hypotéza Management oddělení wellness má implementovány všechny oblasti znalostního managementu. Práce je rozdělena do tří samostatných částí. První, teoretická, část popisuje současný pohled na znalostní management a definuje základní pojmy. V druhé, praktické, části se pomocí dotazníkového šetření analyzuje míra využití znalostního managementu ve vybraném lázeňském zařízení. K tomuto účelu je využívána metodologie kvantitativního výzkumu, technika dotazování. V části třetí, návrhové, jsou definovány konkrétní návrhy pro zavádění znalostního managementu ve vybraném lázeňském zařízení s aspektem na specifika lázeňské péče.

Abstract ZACHARIÁŠOVÁ, Eva. Analysis knowledge management in selected spa facilities [diploma thesis] The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague; Constantine Spa: 2015. 100 pp. Proposed thesis deals with the analysis of the knowledge management system in a selected spa facility. The aim of the thesis is to identify whether the facility implements the principles of knowledge management and to propose, on the basis of these results, a viable knowledge management system, taking into account the specifics of spa services. This consists of two parts: a) evaluation of which spheres of knowledge management (technological, educational, personal) are being implemented in practice of the spa facility; and b) analysis of the level of knowledge management implementation of departments wellness. The diploma thesis aims to confirm or deny the following hypotheses: a) Hypothesis Even though there are 3 areas of knowledge management, in the observed facility only twoo of them are being implemented at best; b) Hypothesis The wellness department management has implemented all areas of the knowledge management. The thesis is divided into third parts. The first, theoretical part, describes contemporary views of the knowledge management and defines basic terms. The second, practical part, analyses the degree of utilisation of the knowledge management in the facility by means of questionnaire survey. Quantitative analysis methodology is used for this purpose. The third part proposes suggestions topical to the implementation of knowledge management in the selected spa facility, with the specifics of the spa services taken into account.
