Bakalářská práce na téma Přirozeně se vyskytující toxiny v potravinách se zabývá různými toxiny. Toxiny rostlin jsou popsány a řazeny podle chemické podstaty. Dále se práce zabývá toxiny vyšších hub a mikroorganismů, tedy mykotoxiny a bakteriálními toxiny.
