Práce porovnává pojetí tradičního a moderního vůdcovství a vysvětluje rozdíl mezi individuálním vůdcovstvím a vůdcovstvím druhých lidí. V analyticko-praktické části autor analyzuje vlastní dosaženou úroveň osobního managementu a individuálního vůdcovství a komparuje dosažené výsledky s požadavky kladenými na moderního individuálního vůdce. This thesis compares the concepts of a traditional and modern leadership.Furthemore, it deals with the differences between the traditional and modern leadership of other people.
