Abstract:
Vzájemný vztah spravedlnosti a práva představuje i v dnešní době aktuální a komplexní problematiku, jejíž teoretická východiska jsou hlavním tématem této diplomové práce. Nejprve jsou analyzovány různé spravedlnostní okruhy, jakož i napětí mezi přirozenoprávním a pozitivistickým přístupem, s poukazem na možná úskalí zjevně nespravedlivého práva. Abstract:
The correlation between law and justice represents one of the key topic for polemics among legal philosophers. In this thesis main focus is on internal plurality of justice and emphasizing various approaches to its meaning. Value of justice should be one of the guidelines for legislators because it is arguably basic assumption for law's legitimacy across society.
