In this thesis, the author focuses on the issues of differences in procedural time-limits in the Legal system of the Czech Republic. Difference lengths of time-limits, which are able to contribute to the efficiency of process, may not at first look seem problematic, but as the author outlines in that work, this difference may significantly affect the fundamental rights of the procedural parties.
