Teacher as co-creator of climate in class

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na třídního učitele jako spolutvůrce klimatu ve tří-dě. V první kapitole teoretické části je popsáno klima školní třídy a jeho typy, pozi-tivní třídní klima a zdroje jeho utváření a metody zkoumání třídního klimatu. Dru-há kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na faktory ovlivňující klima školní třídy, konkrétně na žáka střední školy, sociální prostředí žáka, mezi které patří rodina, vrstevníci a média a na klima samotné školy. Závěr teoretické části se zabývá tříd-ním učitelem jako spolutvůrcem klimatu ve třídě. Je zde popsána osobnost učitele, role třídního učitele a specifika třídního učitele od ostatních učitelů. Praktickou část tvoří řízené rozhovory a dotazníkové šetření provedené na střední škole v Třebíči. Cílem je zjistit třídní klima ve vybraných školních třídách, zjistit názor třídních učitelů na třídní klima v jejich třídě a výsledná data navzájem identifikovat. Nástrojem sběru dat je polostrukturovaný rozhovor a dotazník, vy-tvořený pro účely průzkumu. Respondenty jsou žáci 1. a 2. ročníků vybrané střední školy a jejich třídní učitelé. Získaná data budou znázorněna prostřednic-tvím tabulek a grafů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on a class teacher as co-creator of the classroom cli-mate. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes the climate of the classro-om and its types, the positive class climate and the sources of its formation and the methods of exploring the class climate. The second chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the factors influencing the climate of the classroom, namely the pupil of the secondary school, the social environment of the pupil, including the family, the peers and the media and the climate of the school itself. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the class teacher as a co-creator of the climate in the classroom. It describes the personality of the teacher, the role of the class tea-cher and the specifics of the class teacher from the other teachers.The practical part consists of controlled interviews and questionnaire sur-vey carried out at the secondary school in Třebíč. The aim is to find the classroom climate in selected school classes, to find class teachers' opinion of the classroom climate in their class and to identify the resulting data to each other. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire created for sur-vey purposes. Respondents are pupils of the first and second years of the selec-ted secondary school and their class teachers. The data obtained will be repre-sented by tables and graphs.
