Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku plastů v životním prostředí. Plasty jsou ve velké míře používány v každodenním životě a dosud neexistuje možnost jejich plně efektivního opětovného využití. Abstract:
This thesis is aimed at the problematics of plastics in the environment. Plastics are used in everyday life, but so far, we are lacking a method for their effective reuse. This work focuses on biodegradation, which might be one of the perspective ways of plastic waste management. Close attention is payed especially to polyethylene.
