Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fotodegradací želatinových filmů, které jsou vyrobeny z dosud nevyužitých tkání bohatých na kolagen, které vznikají při jatečném zpracování drůbeže. Využití želatinových filmů za účelem získání obalových materiálů na potraviny se jeví jako velmi perspektivní. Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the photodegradation of gelatin films prepared from unused collagen-rich tissues produced as waste during poultry slaughtering. The use of gelatin films to obtain food packaging materials appears to be very promising.
