Abstract:

PhDr. Jiří Winkler, Ph.D. Instituce: Fakulta sociálních studií, MU Brno Název práce: Postoje a hodnoty mladých lidí k řešení konfliktu práce versus rodina Počet slov: 26 191 Klíčová slova: harmonizace práce a rodiny, hodnoty, postoje, zaměstnavatelé Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo najít odpověď na tuto otázku: Existují rozdily v postojích mladých lidí k harmonizaci práce a rodiny a v jejich hodnotové orientaci v souvislosti s tím, v jakém typu organizace respondenti pracují a jaké možnosti balancování práce a rodiny tato organizace nabízí? Teoretická část představuje jednotlivé faktory, které mohou mít vliv na utváření hodnot a postojů mladých lidí v otázce harmonizace práce a rodiny, tedy trh práce, rodina, zaměstnavatelé a politika státu. Dále jsou zde zmiňovány teoretické koncepty, které se k tomuto tématu vztahují. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí designu případové studie a ke sběru dat bylo použito studia dokumentů a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů ve dvou organizacích v Jihomoravském kraji. Empirická část interpretuje výsledky výzkumu, v jednotlivých kapitolách identifikuje vliv faktorů uvedených v teoretické části. Závěr práce odpovídá na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a vedlější výzkumné otázky a je shrnutím poznatků a zjištění celého výzkumu.

PhDr. Jiří Winkler, Ph.D. Institution: Faculty of Social Studies, MU Brno Thesis title: The attitudes and values of young people to the conflict of work versus family Word count: 26 191 Keywords: balance of work and family life, attitudes, values, employers The aim of this thesis was to answer the question: Are there any differences of the attitudes towards balancing family and work and values of young people depending on what kind of organisations they work for and the possibilities of work and life integration the organisation offers? The theoretical part is presenting the factors that may play a role in shaping values and attitudes of young people in the issue of balancing work and family, which are the labour market, family, employers and the politics of the government of the state. There are also mentioned some theoretical concepts dealing with this topic. The research was conducted by case study design- the methods for collecting the data was the document study and halfstructured interviews in two organisations in the region of South Moravia. The empirical part is interpreting the outcomes of the research, in each chapter is identified the influence of the factors mentioned in the theoretical part. The final part provides the answer for the main research question and is concludes the findings.
