Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je vliv onemocnění diabetes mellitus II. typu na pohybovou aktivitu u jedinců ve věku 40 až 55 let. Úvodní část práce přináší obecné informace o onemocnění diabetes mellitus II. typu, v následující části se zabývá možnostmi jeho léčby a vhodnou a nevhodnou pohybovou aktivitou. The main theme of the thesis is the impact of diabetes mellitus type II on physical activity in individuals aged 40 – 55 years.
