Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je rozbor problematiky prohlídek v advokátních kancelářích. Práce analyzuje popisným a komparativním způsobem zákonné zakotvení institutů prohlídek domovních a jiných prostor, advokátních kanceláří a na závěr prohlídek cloudových úložišť.
