Tato diplomová práce se věnuje inovaci Rádia Proglas tvorbou nového formátu rozhlasového pořadu, který se věnuje menšinám, diskriminaci a předsudky. Teoretická část se soustředí na významy pojmu rozhlasový formát a jeho definicí, dále na dramaturgii Rádia Proglas, jeho posluchače a aktuální podobou formátů pořadů na rádiu. This thesis is devoted to upgrading Radio Proglas by creation of a new format radio program, which focuses on minorities, discrimination and prejudices. The theoretical part focuses on the meanings of the term radio format and its definition, also on the dramaturgy Radio Proglas its listeners and the current form of the formats on radio programs.
