A soul between philosophy and religion in ibn Tufajl's work Alive, son of Awake
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je interpretace Ibn Tufajlova díla Živý, syn Bdícího a jeho pojetí duše. První část práce je věnovaná představení filozofa Ibn Tufajla, jeho díla, ale také inspirace Ibn Sínou. Ve druhé části práce se zabývám pojetí duše u Platóna a Aristotela a porovnávám ho s pojetím duše u Ibn Tufajla.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the intepretation of ibn Tufail's work Alive, son of Awake and his conception of the soul. The first part of the work is devoted to the introduction of the philosopher ibn Tufail, his works, but also the inspiration of ibn Síná. In the second part of the work I deal with the concept of the soul in Platón and Aristotelés and I compare it with the concept of the soul …more
