Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem hodnocení efektivnosti investice. Správná investiční činnost je jednou ze základních podmínek prosperity a dlouhodobého rozvoje podniku. V mé bakalářské práci je předmětem investice zřízení prodejny sortimentu lesní a zahradní techniky. V teoreticko - metodologické části se zabývám charakteristikou a následným porovnáním jednotlivých dynamických metod finanční analýzy. Dále se věnuji otázce financování investice a otázce marketingové komunikace. K tomu aby nám použité analytické metody poskytly co nejpřesnější údaje, je potřeba pečlivě naplánovat budoucí peněžní toky, k tomu je zapotřebí nashromáždit dostatečné množství kvalitních informací. Problematikou budoucích kapitálových výdajů a očekávaných příjmů spolu se samotným hodnocením efektivnosti investice se zabývám v aplikační části práce. Závěrem je zhodnocení výsledků jednotlivých metod a vyjádření efektivnosti investice do daného projektu.

Abstract:

This thesis discusses the process of assessing investment. Correct investment activities is one of the essential conditions for the prosperity and long-term development undertaking. In my thesis is the subject of investment the establishment of a shop with the product´s of forest and garden technique. In the theoretically-methodological section I deal with characteristics and then by comparing each dynamic method of financial analyses. In addition, I was going to the issue of the financing of investment and the issue of marketing communication. To do this, the analytical methods used so that we provide the most accurate data, you need to carefully plan future cash flows, to do this we need to collect enough of sufficient quality information. The issue of future capital expenditure and expected income, together with evaluation of the effectiveness of investments I deal with in the application of the work. In conclusion, it is examining the results of each method and expression of the effectiveness of investment into your project.
