Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována xylofágnímu hmyzu a mikrobiotě jeho trávicí trubice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je věnována anatomii a fysiologii trávicí trubice hmyzu. Specifická pozornost je věnována mikrobiotě jeho trávicí trubice a metabolismu lignocelulózy jakožto věcem s velkým biotechnologickým potenciálem. Druhá část je experimentální. This work is focused on xylophagous insect and its gut microbiota. The work is divided into two parts. In the first part is described an anatomy and physiology of insect gut.
