Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou osob se zdravotním postižením v systému evropské ochrany lidských práv. Vymezuje základní pojmy jako je rovnost, diskriminace, zdravotní postižení.
Abstract:
This dissertation deals with the protection of persons with disabilities in the European system of human rights protection. It define the basic concepts such as equality, discrimination, disability.
