Abstract:
Cílem této práce je přiblížit rozdíly v pojetí pojmů trestného činu, provinění a přestupku před rokem 1990 a poté. Stěžejním tématem, kterým se ve své práci zabývám, je trestně-právní reforma v České republice, která souvisí s přijetím nového trestního zákoníku č. 40/2009 Sb.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to explain fundamental diferencis in interpretation of the conceptions crime, misdemeanour and offence before the year 1990 and after. The main theme, which I have been dealing with, is the reformation of the criminal law in the Czech republic, which is related to the acceptance of the new Criminal Code 40/2009 Sb.
