Bakalářská práce pojednává o vývoji harmonizace daní v oblasti nepřímých daní, kon-krétně pak v oblasti daně z přidané hodnoty. Metodou srovnání pak analyzuje dosaže-nou shodu mezi právní úpravou nadnárodní a právní úpravou vybraných členských zemí EU. The bachelor thesis deals with the development of the tax harmonisation in the field of indirect taxes, namely in the area of value added tax. The comparison method then ana-lyzes the achieved consistency between the transnational legal regulation and legal regu-lation of chosen EU member states.
