The aim of this work is to carry out a strategic analysis of Aircraft Industries a.s. and create a strategic recommendation for expanding the product portfolio by analyzing the five forces of Porter, PESTLE analysis, benchmarking and the synthesis of conclusions by using the SWOT analysis.
