Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pojistného podvodu a řešením škodní události, kdy na vozidle došlo k poškození motoru nebo převodovky. Je rozdělena do několika kapitol, kdy nejprve vysvětluje, co je to podvod a pojistný podvod a právní úpravu. Zabývá se dopady pojistných podvodů na pojistitele a jejich klienty. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of insurance fraud and the resolution of a loss event, when the engine or transmission has been damaged on the vehicle. It is divided into several chapters, first explaining what fraud and insurance fraud and legislation are. It deals with the effects of insurance fraud on insurers and their clients.
