Process Management in the Public Sector
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na identifikaci systému řízení procesů ve vybrané organizaci veřejného sektoru (Celní správě České republiky) a následné zúžení problematiky na konkrétní proces, ke kterému bude navržena optimalizace procesních kroků a metriky hodnocení výkonnosti procesu.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on identification of management processes in selected public sector organization (Customs Administration of the Czech Republic) and subsequent narrowing the issue to a specific process that will be proposed optimization of process steps and metrics for performance evaluation process.
