Abstract:
This thesis is focused on bacterial genus Campylobacter, whose species colonize intestinal system of several mostly warm-blooded animals. In relationship with host they play role as a commensal, but they can also cause infections in their bodies. Táto práca sa zameriava na bakteriálny rod Campylobacter, ktorého zástupcovia osídľujú tráviacu sústavu viacerých živočíchov, prevažne teplokrvných. Vo vzťahu k hostiteľovi väčšinou vystupujú ako komenzál, ale môžu im tiež spôsobovať rôzne infekcie.
