Bakalářská práce se zabývá Evropskou unii. Evropská unie si plně uvědomuje svoji klíčovou roli ve světové politice a ekonomice. Jedním z největších úspěchů EU je vytvoření prostoru bez hranic, v němž platí volný pohyb osob, zboží, služeb a kapitálu.
