Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje koučování v mateřské škole. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, zda jsou nástroje koučování účinné při didakticky zacílených činnostech a hrách v mateřské škole. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením a charakteristikou koučování obecně. Další kapitola diplomové práce charakterizuje osobu kouče, do jakých rolí vstupuje, jaké jsou jeho požadované vlastnosti či vymezení kompetencí kouče. …more

This thesis is dedicated to the coaching in kindergarten. The research aims to assess the effectiveness of coaching tools in didactically aimed activities and games in kindergarten.
