Cílem práce bylo identifikovat judikáty Ústavního soudu s obchodněprávním obsahem, provést jejich analýzu a zhodnotit, zda lze v rozhodování Ústavního soudu v obchodněprávních otázkách nalézt ustálené tendence. Abstract:
The goal of the thesis was to identify the decisions of the Czech Constitutional Court related to the commercial law, analyse them and evaluate potential tendencies contained in them. The thesis is divided into seven parts dealing with different branches of commercial law. The essential, contradictory and interesting decisions are discussed. Finally, the outcome of the analyse is presented.
