Actual questions of bank regulation in conditions of European Union
Abstract:
Cílem práce je přiblížit problematiku regulace bankovního dohledu na úrovni Evropské unie a dotknout se s ním souvisejících problémů. Největší část práce zaujímá vývoj integrace v rámci bankovní unie a její změny. Dotýká se i pozic jednotlivých členských států a shrnuje výhody a nevýhody jednotného bankovního dohledu. The aim of this thesis is to explain the regulation of banking supervision on the level of the European Union and related issues. The largest part of the thesis covers the development of integration in the framework of the banking union and its changes.
