Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem připravenosti klientů dětského domova na jejich praktický život. Jde o významnou součást pobytu klientů v dětském domově. Práce je pojata jako teoreticko-aplikační. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat současnou situaci připravenosti klientů dětského domova na jejich praktický život. V teoretické části se zabývám fungováním rodiny, ústavní a ochrannou péči, vymezením a charakteristikou dětského domova. Na závěr teoretické části zmiňuji, jaké jsou možnosti podpory klientů po odchodu z dětského domova. Metodou zpracování teoretické části práce je analýza dostupné literatury z českých i zahraničních zdrojů. Aplikační část mé bakalářské práce je zpracována jako analýza problému z praxe, konkrétně komparací kazuistik. Cílem aplikační částí mé bakalářské práce je na základě komparace dvou kazuistik demonstrovat připravenost klientů dětského domova na jejich praktický život. Jako technika sběru dat byla využita analýza dokumentů a jako doplňková technika byl vybrán expertní rozhovor se sociálními pracovnicemi vybraných zařízení. Výsledkem aplikační části mé práce je srovnání uvedených kazuistik a v nich popsaných konkrétních způsobů pomoci s přípravou klientů dětských domovů na praktický život.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of children's home clients' readiness for their practical life. This is an important part of the client's stay in a children's home. The work is conceived as a theoretical-application. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe the current situation of children's home clients' readiness for their practical life. In the theoretical part I deal with family functioning, institutional and protective care, definition and characterization of children's home. At the conclusion of the theoretical part, I mention the possibilities of support clients after leasing the children's home. Theme thod of processing the theoretical part of the thesis is the analysis of available literature from Czech and foreign sources. The application part of my bachelor thesis is processed as ananalysis of the problem from the practice, namely the comparison of case reports. The aim of the application part of my bachelor thesis is to demonstrate the readiness of the children's home clients for their practical life on the basis of comparison of two case studies. Document analysis was used as a data collection technique, and an expert interview with social workers of selected facilities was selected as a complementary technique. The reset of my application part of the thesis is the comparison of demonstrated case reports and the specific wals of help with preparation of clients of children's homes for their practical life.
