Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Capital Project: Handicraft Production in the Construction Company

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit investici do zavedení řemeslné výroby ve stavební firmě pomocí nejpoužívanějších metod hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu. Metodu doby návratnosti, metody čisté současné hodnoty, indexu ziskovosti a metodu vnitřního výnosového procenta. V teoreticko-metodologické části je obecně pojednáváno o investicích. Jsou zde popsány druhy, rizika a zdroje financování investic. Dále také postupy a objasnění hodnotících metod investičního projektu. V aplikační části je charakterizován podnik a popsán plán investiční příležitosti. Následuje aplikování hodnotících metod na investici a její vyhodnocení. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky výpočtů a učiněn úsudek směřující k výslednému rozhodnutí. Při řešení vycházím z teoretického základu, který se opírá o publikace českých autorů zabývajících se investičním rozhodováním.

Abstract:

The main objective of this work is to evaluate an investment in the introduction of crafts in the building company through most of methods to assess the effectiveness of the investment project. The method of payback periods, methods of net present value, profitability index and the method of internal rate of return. The theoretical and methological part are generally addressed on investment. Species are described, the risks and sources of financing investment. We also clarify the procedures and evaluation methods of investment project. In the application part is characterized by firm and described the plan investment opportunities. Followed by application of evaluation methods of investment and its evaluation. The conclusion summarizes the results of the calculations and judgments made to the resulting decision. When I leave the solution to the theoretical base, which is based on publications of Czech authors dealing with the investment decision.
