Criminological characteristics of the offense
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem kriminalistická charakteristika trestného činu. V teoretické části rozebírám jednotlivé komponenty kriminalistické charakteristiky, které jsou zásadní pro vývoj, poznání trestného činu a tvorbu stop. Na základě těchto zjištěných skutečností, používám tyto komponenty na reálných případech, které jsem si vybrala pro svojí práci.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I deal with the subject of criminological description of crime. In the theoretical part, the individual components of the criminological characteristics that are essential for the development, knowledge of the crime and the creation of tracks are defined. Based on these findings, I use these components for the actual cases I have chosen for my work.
