Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je omezení osobní svobody cizinců – rozumějme žadatelů o azyl a příslušníků třetích zemí pobývajících na území Evropské unie bez pobytového oprávnění, tzv. ilegálních imigrantů - prostřednictvím jejich umístění do detenčního zařízení. Pro oblast zkoumání byly zvoleny komunitární legislativní nástroje Evropské unie.
Abstract:
This paper addressed the topic of administrative detention of asylum seekers and illegal immigrants within the area of European Union. Major and actual European legislation to this topic is the subject of this work.
