Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality sociálních služeb na Pelhřimovsku určených pro seniory z jejich pohledu jakožto uživatelů služby. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak využívané služby senioři hodnotí, v čem vidí jejich nedostatky a prostor pro zlepšení a v jakém ohledu jsou naopak spokojeni.
