Business plan for the opening of a dental hygiene surgery

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování projektu otevření ordinace dentální hygieny. Teoretická část popisuje podstatu podnikání v oblasti zdravotnictví a legislativní východiska, objasňuje postavení dentální hygieny se zaměřením na odbornost, kompetence a činnosti dentální hygienistky. Obecně shrnuje podmínky pro založení zdravotnického zařízení a zásady vypracování podnikatelského plánu s důrazem na oblast personální, finanční, řízení rizik a časovou analýzu. Empirická část představuje analýzu tržního prostředí a analýzu konkurenci podniku pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil. Po vyhodnocení analýzy tržního prostředí je zpracovaný projekt otevření ordinace dentální hygieny včetně popisu činností, marketingového a finančního plánu, SWOT analýzy a časové analýzy ve formě Ganttova diagramu. Závěrem je zpracovaný projekt vyhodnocen z hlediska zavedení do praxe. Cílem práce je sestavit konkrétní podnikatelský plán na otevření ordinace dentální hygieny a posoudit reálnost navrženého projektu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of the project of opening a dental hygiene surgery. The theoretical part describes the essence of business in the field of health care and legislative background, clarifies the position of dental hygiene with a focus on the expertise, competencies and activities of dental hygienists. In general, it summarizes the conditions for the establishment of a medical facility and the principles of developing a business plan with an emphasis on personnel, finance, risk management and time analysis. The empirical part presents an analysis of the market environment and an analysis of the company's competition using Porter's model of five forces. After evaluating the analysis of the market environment, the project of opening a dental hygiene surgery is prepared, including a description of activities, marketing and financial plan, SWOT analysis and time analysis in the form of a Gantt chart. Finally, the project is evaluated in terms of implementation in practice. The aim of the work is to compile a specific business plan for the opening of a dental hygiene surgery and assess the reality of the proposed project.
