Abstract:
Tato práce si dává za cíl osvětlení procesu vydání soudního rozhodnutí od stručného popisu historického vývoje soudnictví, přes vydání soudního rozhodnutí, až po účinky spojené s jeho vydáním. Jednotlivé účinky lze přisuzovat nabytí vlastností soudního rozhodnutí. Tyto vlastnosti jsou podrobně definovány v samostatných kapitolách. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to clarify the procedure of judgment rendering, from a brief description of the historical development of the judiciary, through the rendering of a judgment to the effects related to the rendering.
