Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí piva v gastronomii a jeho odrazem v kultuře. Nápoj je definován z hlediska legislativy a výrobní technologie, které určují jeho charakteristické rysy a organoleptické vlastnosti. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on gastronomy and its reflection in culture. The beverage is defined in terms of legislation and production technologies that determine its opinion and organoleptic characteristics. The work also focuses on beer business, marketing and cultural events associated with beer. Main product is popularization in media, evening event organisation and beer brewing.
