Tématem mé bakalářské práce je pozdně barokní sloup Nejsvětější Trojice na náměstí Míru v Jindřichově Hradci a jeho autor Matouš Strachovský. Nejprve rozebírám historii, typologii, ikonografii a náboženský obsah všech morových, mariánských a trojičních sloupů. Poté popisuji život objednavatele poštmistra J. O. The subject of my bachelor work is the late baroque column of the Holy Trinity in Namesti Miru in Jindrichův Hradec and its author Matouš Strachovský. First I am going to discuss the historical background, then its typology and iconography and lastly I will focus on the religious substantiality of all pestilential, Marian and trinity posts in general.
