Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem Ochrana obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historický vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva, platnou legislativu a pojmy ochrany obyvatelstva, dále na živelní pohromy se zaměřením na povodně.
