Proposal for project and implementation of audoivisual aids for teaching communication skills – body language
Abstract:
V předkládané bakalářské práci se zabýváme tvorbou a realizací „vzorového“ videa zaměřeného na neverbální komunikaci klientů a bankovních poradců v Komerční bance, a.s. V práci se věnujeme jak teoretickým postupům, tak i konkrétním krokům při dramaturgii, realizaci, postprodukci a distribuci daného videa.
Abstract:
The present paper is focused on creating and implementing a "standard" video focusing on nonverbal communication and client relationship managers in the Komerční banka, a.s. And the work focuses on both the theoretical methods, but also concrete steps in programming, implementation, postproduction and distribution of the video.
