In this thesis titled The life of virgin Mary in the Czech and English broadside ballads I am focusing on monitoring a certain life periods of said saint in broadside ballads. Mainly I concentrate on the differences between the ballads, in a sense of portraying the life of virgin Mary, depending on the place of their printing.
