Monitoring of the physiologial factors of the modele - distance runners
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá testováním dvou běžkyň v průběhu zimního přípravného období modifikací Conconiho testu na běhátku v laboratoři. Sledovali jsme změny vybraných fyziologických faktorů. Výsledky byly zpracovány, zaneseny do tabulek a přeneseny pro lepší názornost do grafů.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with testing of two runners in the course of their winter preparatory training by means of the Conconi Test which has been modifed for training on endless band in laboratory. The aim of the thesis is to monitor the alternation of particular physiological factors. Regarding their plasticity the results have been procesed, enlisted in tables and transfarred into graphic charts.
