JÁCHYM TOPOL - SISTER

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mé vlastní scénografické a kostýmní řešenírománu Sestra od Jáchyma Topola a realizaci v Divadle DISK (premiéra 26.1.2024).Inscenace Sestra byl můj první realizovaný projekt v divadle a mým rozhodnutím obsáhnoutscénografii i kostýmy inscenace jsem ověřila své síly. Cílem praktické části bylo navrhnoutscénografické a kostýmní řešení, projít procesem přípravy inscenace od prvotních schůzeks režisérem Kryštofem Krejčím, přes explikační, předávací porady, výrobu a zkoušení ažk premiéře a uvedení inscenace v repertoáru. Díky této možnosti jsem mohla získat izpětnou vazbu diváků.Má práce se věnuje tématům, která s touto realizací souvisí. Teoretická část obsahujestručný životopis Jáchyma Topola a informace o době vzniku autorovy románové prvotiny.Převážně se zabývám motivem morálky a navazujícím podkapitolám, které jsou s moukoncepcí spjaty. Ve své práci se také věnuji závěrečnému období komunismu, bláznivýmdevadesátkám i současnosti a jejich propojením, návazností. Poukazuji na problematikukonzumu, úskalí nových technologií a přístupu k informacím. Současně se zamýšlím nadotázkou, jak člověka ovlivňuje jeho okolí a v této souvislosti vyprávím o mé rodině.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on my own set and costume design of the novel Sister byJáchym Topol and its realization in the DISK Theatre (premiere 26.1.2024). The production ofSister was my first realized project in the theatre and my decision to include set and costumedesign of the production proved my strength. The aim of the practical part was to design theset and costume design, to go through the process of preparing the production from the initialmeetings with the director Kryštof Krejčí, through the explication, handover meetings,production and rehearsals to the premiere and the staging of the production in the repertoire.Thanks to this opportunity, I was also able to get feedback from the audience.My thesis deals with themes related to this production. The theoretical part includes abrief biography of Jáchym Topol and information about the time of the author's first novel. Imainly deal with the motif of morality and the following subchapters that are related to myconception. In my work I also deal with the final period of communism, the crazy nineties andthe present and their connections and continuities. I point out the problems of consumerism,the pitfalls of new technologies and access to information. At the same time, I reflect on thequestion of how people are influenced by their surroundings, and in this context I talk aboutmy family.
