Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je Analýza výrobního procesu ve firmě ZPS SLÉVÁRNA, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické se nalézají informace o po-užitých metodách filozofie štíhlé výroby, SWOT analýze, procesním řízení a nakonec i slé-várenství. The topic of this Bachelor thesis is Analysis of Production Process in ZPS Foundry, Inc. This thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part is including informations about used methods, philosophy of lean production, SWOT analysis, proces management and foundry.
