Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je priblížiť problematiku vymáhania dlhov formou exekučného konania jednotlivými spôsobmi výkonu rozhodnutia podľa Exekučného poriadku. Túto tému som si vybrala z dôvodu, že mojou prácou je exekútorska činnosť na daňovom úrade.
