Information and material flow in the Medin a.s. company
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku podnikové logistiky a celého dodavatelsko-odběratelského řetězce. Obsahem práce je analýza materiálového a informačního toku ve výrobní společnosti Medin a.s. a navržení jejich možných zlepšení. Celková analýza i návrhy na optimalizaci jsou vytvořeny v souladu s literárními podklady v úvodní teoreticko-metodické části práce.
Abstract:
The work focuses on issues of corporate logistics and the whole supply chain. The aim is to analyze material and information flow in the manufacturing company Medin a.s. and to suggest possible improvements. Overall analysis and suggestions for improvement are made in accordance with literary documents in the introductory theoretical-methodological part.
