Tato závěrečná práce pojednává o komunitních kruzích a jejich vlivu na klima třídy na základní škole. Dělí se na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část nejprve vymezuje všechny pojmy a poukazuje na roli výchovného poradce a třídního učitele v tomto tématu. This thesis discusses community circles and their impact on the classroom climate in an elementary school. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part first defines all the terms and highlights the role of the guidance counselor and the classroom teacher in this topic.
