Algorithm of rehabilitation in patients with the pelvic injury

Abstract:

V teoretické části této práce jsou uvedeny poznatky ke kineziologii pánve, k diagnostice, terapii a komplikacím léčby zlomenin pánve. Důraz je kladen také na postup rehabilitace během konzervativní i operační léčby zlomenin. Cílem experimentální části práce je zhodnocení vlivu poranění na změnu rovnovážných reakcí pomocí posturografie. Rozdíly sledovaných parametrů mezi skupinou pacientů po poranění pánve a zdravých jedinců jsou v závěru statisticky vyhodnoceny. Během jednotlivých testů jsme sledovali symetrii rozložení zátěže, adaptabilitu na opakující se pohyby plošiny, limity stability a schopnost rytmického přenášení váhy. Ze všech naměřených hodnot vyplynulo, že pacienti po poranění pánve mají horší posturální stabilitu a reaktivitu oproti zdravým probandům. Kvůli malému počtu testovaných jedinců však výsledky nejsou statisticky signifikantní

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of this thesis, the data concerning the pelvis kinesiology and also the diagnostics, therapy and complications of the pelvis fractures are discussed. The rehabilitation after the conservative and chirurgical treatment of pelvis fractures is also accentuated in this work. The goal of the experimental part is to evaluate the influence of the pelvis injuries on the differences in the results of posturographic examination. The differences of examined parameters between group of healthy volunteers and patients which suffered the pelvis injury are statistically analyzed. During the individual examinations, the symmetry of weight distribution, the adaptability on periodic movements of the platform, the stability limits as well as the ability of rhytmic balancing were evaluated in this study. The data showed that patients which underwent the pelvis injury had worse postural stability and reactivity compared to the healthy volunteers. Unfortunately, due to limited number of patients, the data are not statistically significant
