Předkládaná diplomová práce "Příprava a studium křemíkových multivrstevnatých superstruktur a-Si:H/SiO2 pro PV" se zabývá technikami přípravy tenkých vrstev (PVD, CVD, PECVD), metodami jejich identifikace (optickou a strukturní analýzou vrstev) pomocí Ramanovy spektroskopie, FTIR, XRD, UV-Vis spektrofotometrie a spektroskopické elipsometrie. Abstract:
This diploma thesis "Preparation and study of silicon multilayer superstructures a-Si:H/SiO2 for PV" deals with the techniques of thin films (PVD, CVD, PECVD), methods of their identification (optical and structural analysis) using Raman spectroscopy, FTIR, XRD, UV-Vis spectrophotometry and spectroscopic ellipsometry.
