Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vhodností vybraných ovocných druhů pro konzervárenské využití. Všeobecně je popsáno chemické složení ovoce a problematika konzervárenství. Konkrétními výsledky práce jsou ucelené přehledy o odrůdové rozmanitosti a vhodnosti jednotlivých odrůd pro konzervaci.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the adequacy of selected fruits for canning use. Generally is described chemical composition of fruit and preserving industry issues. The specific results of the thesis is a comprehensive ovrerview of the varietal diversity and the suitability of the varieties for preservation.
